Please visit to learn how to set up Texas A&M Email (Neo) Mobile on your device. Please note that the wide variety of mobile phones and operating systems make it difficult to provide specific details for each type of mobile device.

Note when changing your NetID password: When using ActiveSync (data sync) to push Texas A&M Email (Neo) to your mobile device, you must turn off the sync feature before changing your NetID password. If sync is not turned off, mobile devices will continue using the old password, triggering the account to lock. Once you change your password, update the password on your mobile device, and then turn sync back on.
To learn how to turn off ActiveSync, consult your mobile device’s manual.
