HDC Password Change Policy

Listed below is Help Desk Central's Policy regarding the changing NetID password and more common passwords used campus wide.
If you have questions about the policy, feel free to contact HDC at (979) 845-8300.
Faculty, Staff, Students and Formers Students with an Active NetID:
- CALL - Have your UIN ready when you call.
- Help Desk Central at (979) 845-8300
- VISIT
- One of the Open Access Labs (http://oalinfo.tamu.edu/labs/) with a picture ID.
- Help Desk Central in the Teague Complex (http://AggieMap.tamu.edu/?MyMap=3766) with a picture ID.
- If you do not know your UIN you will need to contact one of the following to get it
- For Current Student or Former student - Call the Registrar's Office at 979.845.1003
- Incoming Student or Applicants you must speak with the Office of Admissions and Records
- For Undergraduates - 979.845.1060, and use menu options 2 - 5 - 3
- For Graduate and International Student - 979.845.1060, and use menu option 2 - 5 - 2
For Former Student who no longer have an active NetID:
- Set up your Former Student Login. For instruction on how to do this please click here
- If you have forgotten the password, you will need to complete the Former Student Account Activation again. At this time we are unable to reset these passwords
For Parent/Guardian Access to Howdy
- CALL - Have your Token ID or NetID ready when you call.
- Help Desk Central at (979) 845-8300
For Parent/Guardian Access to Touchnet (Student Billing System)
- At this time Help Desk Central is unable to reset these password. You will need to contact Student Buisness Services directly at 979.845.8127
Logging into SSO (Formerly known as HRConnect)
- Help Desk Central is unable to assist with resetting these passwords please do the following
- Contact your departments Human Resource Manager or Department. They will be able to assist you in resetting the password. If you are unsure of who this is, contact your departments main office
- If you are unable to contact your HR Representative, please contact Employee Services at 845.4141.
