Introduction
This document will provide a simple step-by-step guide to clearing cookies and temporary internet files (also called a cache) in Internet Explorer 6.
- Click on Tools.
- Click on Internet Options...
- Click on Delete Cookies...
- Click on OK
- Click on Delete Files...

- Restart the browser for changes to go into effect
