AT&T Service Issues in Bryan/College Station Area
AT&T is experiencing cell phone performance issues in the Bryan-College Station area due to failure of an off-campus cell phone tower. This tower's issues are causing all neighboring towers and the Texas A&M University's Distributed Antenna System to experience increased call loads, which affects overall cellular performance. AT&T engineers are aware of the problem and are working on repairing the off-campus tower. Currently, there is no estimated time for resolution. Customers will experience delays in sending and receiving data, text messages, and checking voice mail. Customers may also experience calls going straight to voice mail without an alert. Telecommunications will provide updates as they become available.
