How to clear cookies and cache in Internet Explorer 9
Document ID 132
Cookies are small files that your web browser stores to allow access to specific website. Cache are temporary Internet files stored on your computer to help make web browsing faster. Unfortunately, sometimes out-dated cookies or cache can cause your web browser to behave in undesired or unexpected ways. Clearing these from your browser can often help restore normal operation.
1. Open "Internet Explorer 9." In the "Tools" drop-down menu, click Internet options [fig. 01].
